We ordered sambar, rasam, poriyal and kottu without rice. Quality is very less. Taste is also very average. They delivered on time and that is not a problem. They have to improve the taste of food for sambar and rasam. Keerai Kottu is ok. Poriyal is also ok.
We placed order for a get2gether of 15 friends. Food, snacks quality was of highest level, hot & delivered on the dot. Very friendly & homely touch.
In fact we ordered breakfadt & lunch for some months earlier due to hospitalization etc. Very great service esp during our times of medical urgencies.

It's a real scam. It's not sufficient even for a single person and it's priced at 160rs per meals. Just single gravy with small portions of kootu poriyal and rice is charged at this price. Not even a Apalam is kept or extra gravies like kozambu etc.
Whenever we are in Chennai we Order Home Delivery of Breakfast,Lunch and Dinner. This we do daily until our Stay in Chennai is over. The food is Homely, Tasty and we use Annam so that I give Full Rest for my Mother. Normally we Stay for 14; days but this time we Stayed over a Month and Enjoyed the Daily Menus of Annam
No dine in wrong information and they don't even give you food for take away stating it's pre booking. Sad, why showcase something incorrect.
Since I live alone, I have tried several food delivery places over the years. Especially since I don't take onion or garlic I can easily compare them with Annam. Hands down Annam is the best. The food taste is consistent, no unwanted surprises like, sorry only today we have used onion, or please adjust for today we forgot. I have found my interaction with them to be very professional, which I love. I think it's a pretty long distance for them to deliver one meals to me but they're had been no hiccups so far. Food quality and taste is really good. As soon as you eat you can tell this is home cooked food. Delivery is on time. All the communication are handled via whatsapp so no hassle. Payment by cash, gpay or bank transfer. Lunch meals, idly, chapati, pongal, uthappam are really good. Only let down is special meals which contains 1 variety rice and curd rice and not so good compared to normal lunch meal.
Very tasty vegetarian food. Delivered on time (important for diabetics).Good variety through the week both lunch & dinner. Reasonable pricing. Makes life comfortable for senior citizens.
