We have been staying with them for four days, and the service is good. Non veg options are good , vegetarian spread is also good. Sometimes, based on rush, your order might get delayed. Friendly staff , not everyone, but most of them . I think the main issue is service delay, like everyone, even I have faced it. I hope they solve this. Will recommend them.

We were a group of six. We ordered a variety of dishes. Veg creamy soup was tasty. For starters baby corn and gobi Manchurian was nice but portion size was less. For the main course we took meals, fried rice, nan, and paneer gravy. All the dishes were good. Topped it up with ice cream, fruit salad. The entire dining experience was good with attentive service and good ambiance.

One day me and my friend went for a dinner. We ordered tomato thokku dosa. But tomato thokku was spread in minimum quantity. We asked him tomato thokku in a cup. He gave us. When we smelled that, it was rotten and a bad odour started coming from that. I started shouting at him. That was the worst day and experience for us.

Visited on 26 June 2023/1400hrs. Service : Pathetic, everytime you'll have to get up and ask for someone to take order. At 1400 hrs they close the kitchen and about 90% of the menu items will not be available , staff will come up with an excuse that the kitchen is closed. My biggest mistake was that I ordered mutton biryani in spite when they said only 4 people can be served. When I received the order one biryani serving was with no pieces at all. Gobi Manchurian: no taste and never order from here. This restaurant is only good for Thali food. Never expect anything exotic here . The air conditioning was good. Overall i didn't like the service , food and hospitality factors concerning the restaurant.

A a classy restaurant, in the annex of quality inn, with a mix of modern and classical setting , with Chettinad inspired interior, the food that was served was really tasty, but the prep time or the waiting time was a bit more than usual. Guess short staff ? But the taste made up for that. 8 people having dinner veg only and getting a bill of 1900, was a bit surprise as it worked out only 200 per person for a hotel which is associated with quality inn and for the standard of food. We were given hot water instead of oak bed water, which was available on request. Nice touch, I don't have to seriously buy water to have food but as a choice. The food was very tasty and the portion was adequate for just two people

Restaurant is of high quality. Great service. Lovely ambience. Ideal for birthday parties also. We tried vegetarian food. It was fantastic. Waiting time was very high at the restaurant. We were on travel and had to travel after food and wanted a quick meal.. The delay was perhaps due to non availability of employees.

Good place to hangout... Nice food and hospitality. The manager Mr Vinoth did his best to ensure our party goes well. The serving staffs were well trained. We requested for custom made dishes, they agreed and prepared as per our wish.

Worst service. We had to wait for 10 mins to get water, 10 mins to get menu card, then food didn't arrive at all, had to ask multiple times. Food tasted average. We lost patience and asked to pack food and bring bill, 15 mins for the same. Rhere are around 10 servers simply waking
