Highly Disappointed with Expensive Guest House and Terrible Customer Service I recently had the misfortune of staying at a guest house that left me thoroughly disappointed and frustrated. This review aims to warn others about the high cost, poor rooms, and abysmal customer service I encountered during my stay. First and foremost, the price I paid for my accommodation was exorbitant compared to the quality of the rooms. The guest house marketed itself as a luxurious establishment, but the reality couldn't have been further from the truth. The rooms were cramped, outdated, and poorly maintained. The furniture looked worn-out, the walls had visible signs of damage, and the overall cleanliness was questionable. It was a far cry from the comfortable and inviting environment I had expected. Adding insult to injury was the abysmal customer service I experienced. The staff members were consistently rude, unresponsive, and unhelpful. It felt as though they couldn't be bothered to attend to any guest requests or concerns. Whenever I approached them with a problem, they displayed a dismissive attitude, making me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a customer. It was disheartening to be treated with such indifference, especially considering the premium price I had paid. Furthermore, the lack of basic amenities was astonishing. The Wi-Fi was unreliable and often nonexistent, despite being advertised as available throughout the guest house. The heating and cooling systems in the rooms were dysfunctional, leading to uncomfortable temperatures. The bathrooms lacked proper toiletries and had plumbing issues. These shortcomings further compounded my disappointment, leaving me feeling like I had wasted both my time and money. Overall, I cannot recommend this guest house to anyone seeking a comfortable and pleasant stay. The combination of high prices, poor room quality, and terrible customer service makes it an establishment to avoid. I regret choosing this accommodation and would strongly advise potential guests to explore other options in the area. There are numerous better alternatives available that offer superior value for money and a more enjoyable experience. It is my hope that this review serves as a cautionary tale for others, preventing them from encountering the same disappointment I faced during my stay.

Worst room ever.worst experience. we booked 7 rooms for a marriage function and there was no drop water in 5 rooms.

I've took rental for a period of 1 month. They charge you 9k for 1month , single room attached bathroom without including food. The rooms are of nominal quality yet they charge you more. Maybe suitable for small stays (couple of days)

Price 1200 Ac room for one day but room is dirty and un clean.... Bathroom wrost heater not working pipes and taps or not clean... Towel,soap do not give room size is soooooo small totally waste
