The medical care at Annai Arul Hospital, provided by doctors, nurses, and surgeons, was commendable. However, the experience with the insurance desk was disappointing. Their approach appeared manipulative, lacking customer support, and leaning toward a money-centric attitude. Prospective visitors may want to exercise caution and ensure clarity in financial dealings. I wanted to give 5 for good doctors, surgeons and nurses. As a whole 3 for the awful experience with the insurance desk got my dad discharged on 23/11/23 late evening

Excellent treatment, I came for dental treatment for my daughter of 8 years. Such a polite doctor and he gave a nice treatment. Basically children will cry a lot when coming to hospital. But this doctor is very polite and kind to children that my daughter not even cried during treatment. Thanks for the management and doctor for excellent service.

Hospital has all the facilities right from canteen to basic to advanced needs Nurses took atmost care for the patients. All are polite , frequent doctors visit and doctor's care are excellent. Right explanation and right treatment was taken care

The treatment was quite better. The rooms had very less facility and the money charged for AC rooms and they switches off the AC frequently. Very important to mention is that the doctors ,(Dr. Varun) was too rude and not soft spoken and not easily approachable. He has no empathy at all. They charge more money but the patients are treated like dogs...we were asked to give good review while being in the hospital. Apart from that the nurses were so good. And in emergency ward they attended promptly.
