Worth the money spending here for stay! Most affordable room rent in Chennai! Clean Toilet, Clean Room, Clean Hall with TV, RO Water - all day! It's one of the best PG Hostel that I lived before!
If you come in job searching reasons you can stay here, cheaper one 2200 for one person, then advance also there 4000 that in refundable, I stayed two months here, my office location changed in Anna nagar so i vacate here, Then tea totaler people's one issues there more smoking people's are available no rules, rest room and toilets look like comedy.

2300Rs room rent sharing. Room 6 person. Bathroom konjam problem but good location. Valasawakkam .
1) Rooms are very congested. 2) Electricity Bill was very expense. 3) Water is good but cleaning was very worst. 4) Staff behavioir was not that much good. 5) Air circulation was not good.
