No doubt one of the best meal I had at annadana at tirumala . Traditional and hygienic South Indian meal cooked by Household workers and volunteer. The arrangement of batches and maintain of the hall is a thing to appreciate by the trust.
Taste is not good. Earlier 8 years back the taste of the food in Anna Dana kendram is excellent. But in the recent days taste and quality of food is not good. There are no vegetables in the sambar. It just looks like some powder mixed in it. Rice seems to be kind of ration rice

Great initiative by TTD. You can get prasadam like Pongal, sambar rice (close variant of bisibele bath) depending upon the time and day. But food is available most of the time of the day. It's a great boon for devotees visiting Tirumala to have decent food without being fleeced by the vendors. I found the food tasty and good. Counters like these are located in a few strategic locations where majority of devotees stay like waiting halls, CRO office etc.
