Anna Residency - Hotel in Nedumbassery - Ernakulam, India

Does not honor the booking made through booking dot com. When calling from airport, the receptionist says booking does not exist in my name. Then he says he will call back but never does. After reaching hotel, receptionist says that type of room is not available and asks to book another type which is 25% more expensive. The most pathetic hotel booking experience in my last decade of traveling

I would consider this as a average one it's a very basic hotel if you ask me because the price which they have is same as other hotels but they do not have amenities like plates in the room. later came to know they don't provide it so if you are buying food from outside you have to purchase disposable plates unless you buy food form the restaurant they have business with. good things are it is near airport so no problem in getting transport and they have water in the lobby so you can refill it without buying a new one.

Don't book room by seeing the images, they showing the images of deluxe room and made us book AC standard double room When we asked why is it like this they said nothing is possible and AC standard double room only having this much of area, and that's when we understand. Room doesn't have enough space to move around as bed is occupying the most of it. Does not comes in the standards of a 3 star hotel. For three people extra mattress was included and and there was no space even to to place the mattress, and they ask us to place the matters on the floor and sleep. On the bathroom the health faucet were damaged. As it was raining outside there was a continuous dropping noise inside the room as the roof was leaking and water was falling on the Ceiling

The hotel is very close to CIAL. It's a walkable distance but the hotel will provide one Maruti Omni for dropping which will cost 200Rs. The rooms are small, the bathroom was ok. But I found the price of the hotel was a little high. There is a teashop open 24/7 and local restaurants near the hotel that will open up to 12 midnight.

I really didn't expect the rooms to be so good and neat. It was really a great stay for us. Rooms were so hygienic and well maintained. The location of the hotel is also good because it was walkable from the airport. The staff were good even though we checked in at almost 12 pm they provided great service.

Only walkable distance from Kochin International Airport.... Very good service.... prices are also affordable....

This place is very best to airport . For a days stays it's fine . Ac worked good . I don't think are washing n changing cloth for every customer . Found few hair strand on pillow as soon as I entered the bed to sleep .

I recently had the misfortune of staying at Anna Residency, and I must say that my overall experience left much to be desired. From the moment I checked in until the moment I left, it was a disappointment all the way through.
