Anna Maria Residency - Home Stay in Kochi - Ernakulam, India

Experience with Anna Maria Residency was very good. No hassle as such i faced with it. Hotel and hotel rooms are quite good. Well the staff and the services all were fine enough. Overall it was a pleasant stay. Hotel is well suitable for families and for friends.

Near fort Kochi beach. Very Reasonable Price. Very neat and tidy rooms and washrooms. Polite and kind staff. We booked two rooms here. One had 2 cots and an attached bathroom. Other room had three cots and no attached bathrooms. Both of these rooms had a common corridor entrance. The common entrance key (master key) will be given to you when you book both of those rooms. Totally it costed 1600 rupees. The bathrooms were super clean and so were the rooms. They had very good ventilation too. It even had a nice balcony. Please note the following too 1) You have to have your own bedsheet 2) You have a tea or coffee shop just a few blocks away from here 3) There are no doormats outside the washroom. 4) You have a water filter which you can see when you climb the stairs to first floor 5) You ll have to park your car in some wide neighbouring street. My choice was the one near santa Cruz Cathedral

I booked this hotel during my transit and had to catch flight in morning. But when i reached there they had no room available as per manager so they made an alternative arrangements at *****. I reported the same to ****but nothing happened and finally settled down at ****. However the manager of olivia inn was very friendly and polite and was really helpful.

It has nice compact rooms at cheap price. The rooms and bathrooms were extremely clean. And the location of the hotel also serves as an advantage. Good hospitality by the hotel in charge.

Good if you are with your friends...but not with family. There was no one to check who's who. The only person who comes is the cleaner.

Affordable accommodation with just 250/- per day.

It's a very nice place to live in. Comfortable as well service at its best.
