Hotel and staff both are worst. Hotel is not good rooms are also very dirty. Washrooms are also not in not good conditions. worst hotel in Hyderabad. It is in poush area but not having manner how to deal customer.

Worst Hotel in the Hyderabad. Honestly speaking, don't prefer this hotel if they give at 500/-. Worst Staff& all Rooms are Dirty & I have been Changed 6 Rooms even though there is no atleast Good Room Found.

One of the worst hotels in Hyderabad. Except for the location there is nothing nice about the hotel to talk about. I had 2 nights stay at the hotel and the experience was horrible. Rooms were full of cockroaches and bugs. Bed sheets were unwashed and comforters torn and of poor quality. White towels seemed black and unhygienic. Washrooms were dirty and not maintained properly with shower broken down and flush not working properly. Ceiling was broken with water from the AC dripping down onto the room floor. Wi-Fi connection was provided but never connected. Although glass water jug was in the room, nobody bothered to fill it. Irony is there was no cold water and I had to leave for airport without taking a bath. The housekeeping except for Chacha were dumb and unresponsive and so was the guy at the front desk. I suggest everyone not to even have a look at the hotel from distance.

Worst hotel stay experience in my life with really bad toilets and rooms. Hope never to visit this hotel again in my life.

Around 1'0 Clock At Night, We Saw Big Size Four Rats Are Running Inside Our Room. Near About 2'0 Clock, Hotel Manager Came To See The Rats in our Room & After Taking A Video (as An Evidence) Shifted Us An Another Room Around 2.30 AM. HENCE, I WOULD REQUEST ALL OF YOU TO AVOID THIS HOTEL FOR STAYING.

A good hotel to spend holidays. Staff is good mannered and well behaving. Rooms are clean and they come regularly for housekeeping too. Love spending time there. Also from hotel birla mandir, lumbini park, inox and snow world all are in walking distnce. Fruits and veggies are at walking distnce too. Nice view in night. Its opposite to secretrait, Spend good time there. Enjoyed my holidays.
