- Overall Cleanliness is very poor. Nearly every bed sheet in the emergency room had blood stains, so we decided to use a plastic chair instead of a bed when my child needed to be nebulized. - No clear explanation from the nurses about the doctors medication. - They charged Rs 600 for an outpatient, which is too much. as compared to other hospitals, incredibly high. - Many medications were not available in the Ankura Pharmacy, we had to purchase from another pharmacy.

Treatment of children by the nursing staff especially babies is too good. Doctors observation is going on throughout the day minimum 8 times and observation of the patients taken by hourly. Environment and rooms are too good no dust at all. Cleaning is verygood

Treatment in this hospital is fabulous, the way they care about their parents are highly appreciated that too for emergency cases. I had an experience with my children the way they diagnosed to him is excellent. Our family really happy to be part of this Ankura Treatment. Especially thanks a lot to Dr. Vamsi Krishna sir.

Iam very Happy with overall services all the Doctors and Nursing Staff, bharathi pre are very Polite and they treat very friendly. Especially Dr. Reshma reddy madam gye he treats very well. All the House Keeping staff security persons are very good in Behavior. Canteen Food is also Good. I don't have any Complaints and i strongly recommend this Hospital. The overall experience was very good. Sisters and doctors were responsible and available when needed. House keeping was good but can improve a bit. There were initially some issues with admission process in arranging the room but the room we got was good. Treatment wise no complains at all. Special thanks to all duty doctors including doctor Prithvi and doctor Vamsi .

Hospital Service and taking care of mother n baby is really good. More over for baby carrying is really good and over all doctor approach and exploration also good. Dr Reshama madam and Dr. Vamsi garu also good explanation on procedures..
