Ankura Hospital for Women & Children - IDPL - Hospital in Hyderabad - Medchal Malkajgiri, India

I delivered a baby girl at Ankura hospital. Dr Ramana was my consultant doctor who is well experienced, sweet and caring. She is very polite and supportive. All the staff were very supportive and friendly and understanding. Every sister (nurse staff) was very soft spoken. Even every aayamma helped me to feel comfortable with my pains and all. All the staff were down to earth and helpful even in the mid nights. Doctor's visits are also for every hour to hour. The pediatrician was also good and very positive. Thank you to all the staff and doctors.

Staff are so impatient in this hospital especially the pharmacy people, we called the pharmacy for some information regarding our bill amount and that lady she disconnected the call without even answering our queries. What kind of a treatment is this towards the patients. She is not even responsible to answer politely. She is forgetting that she is paid by the money of the patients admitted there. I was talking politely and she was rude and disconnected the call.

We have taken the op for Dr. Ramana. Their junior doctor said madam suggested to get scan reports(the time was at 12pm around 13 Oct), okay madam will get reports and back to Ramana madam. Before leaving we have informed to nurse stating that we will back to get the reports like that.. After getting scan reports and back to hospital for then hospital staff anfd receptionist Suma, she seems to be old age but she don't patience to talk with patient. she was very rude and she feels she owns the hospital and she only giving the salary to doctors and staff like that. She not yet all listening other persons words, she simply says I don't know, why asking me, if you want you can escalate where ever... She name is Suma Ankura hospital in idpl branch receptionist. Worst worst service and expireance with only staff and especially Madam who don't have responsibilities for special receptionist Mr Suma madam Garu. While phone she speak too much rude and when their staff also there infornt staff also shee says that I don't know about your op and why you are asking me this things and doctor not their come tomorrow or day after tomorrow, I am saying that I am coming long distance where I can't able to travel again tomorrow. She was not yet not all listing my words or request as well. After discussing with Srivalli their senior she was very responsible and hospitality,, where they way to speak and listing my pain carefully and she did arrangement with RAMANA MADAM. Finally she said sorry for the inconvenience caused on behalf Suma. She should know very well where she having age for this situations and painful areas, Sima madam Garu you should have more patience to talk with patients madam. I just wanted to says that listen patient pain and suffering, problem and try do your side help if not who can help them than ask them help him out on the situation. Because of you day is gone for me and I felt very bad opinion on this hospital and I am not going recommend anyone more in feature. She is feeling I am her servant or some kind of low cost people or while looking my face might that she felt bad opinion on me, where she can talk rude and she can do what ever she feels. She feeling inside get lost my hospital, I felt like that. No worries Suma receptionist madam, you can enjoy earn more money with more paisa Vala but we are very poor so ok namaste madam

Good hospital,inside all works good, doctors treatment, sisters duty ,patient treatment very good, total staff working good . thanks to all ankura hospital team for my health is now so good because of all then works.

Anukura hospital is very friendly coperative staff, and taking care is very nice abt patient and baby as well as....they have all equipments , concern tests availability of baby earing test, jandees, ICU,and everything....we met Dr.Ramana mam, staff incharges Valli mam, Dr.Goutam sir, and all other one and all very cooperative..we very happy .......abt that hospital

I had delivered my second child in ankura....dr.ramana mam is my dr.and she is so good and supportive,she is a wonder woman....and i delivered a baby girl..on 1 August 2022...and dr . Hari gopinath sir is so so good and supportive to everyone....he is a doctor of our both children...my daughter was so serious at that time sir supports us a lot....and the staff, nurses are so good supportive...plz go for it..... thanks a lot. .....to everyone... from my daughter paridhi........i suggest every one for their kids those who want a supper dr. Thn plz go for gopinath sir.......i thnk he is the world's best dr. I had ever seen.....sir always pray for everyone....so I pray for sir ...... thanks a lot....

I just got delivered on june 7th with twin babies ,unfortunately due to low weight of babies they got admitted in NICU but the doctors and staff of the hospital took immense care with appropriate treatment due to that I got discharged early and the babies are extremely doing well.Iam very thankful to the doctors and staff of the ankura kodali bala nagar.I suggest everyone to visit the hospital to experience the better joy of having babies .

I recommend Ankura Hospital & Dr. Hari Gopinath to any parent looking for a top-notch paediatrician who truly cares about their child's health and well-being. He has been treating my kid and nephew from years. The best part of doctor Hari Gopinath apart from treating the patient he do pray for the well being of the child and family. Now a days u hardly find such human being/doctor who plays with the kid for a while to have that personal connect. I can strongly say he would understand the situation of the kid and briefs us throughly for the kids well being. He is an excellent paediatrician. Our family is grateful to have a doctor like Dr.Hari Gopinath. Thanks Sir. May God bless you for all the service and hard work.
