Doctor is very interactive and good hospitality towards patients doctor wise is very good, too much expensive too premium not satisfied with the billing and prices, billing staff and other staff they stated unless untill we clear the bill they won't allow us see the baby and baby will not shifted to mother ward this is too cruel. Post clearing the bill again they made the bill of around 6k and asking us to pay bill before the discharge. Worst behavior.
Excellent services. The administration staff were prompt to attend and very cordial.
Ms Nikita was great help during checkout and speedy clearance of final bills, which made the whole process very very smooth.

Starting from the Doctors, Shift medical officer and ground staff, are very helpful and co-operative. My wife and newborn were taken good care throughout the delivery till discharge process. Their caring and timely visits are commendable and appreciated.

My sister had her delivery today (November 16, 2023). We are waiting to see the baby since afternoon and staff has been saying visiting hours are from 6pm. It is 630pm currently and they are now saying we need to wait for the doctor to visit (which probably is at 730pm) and only after that they MAY allow us to see the baby. Another guy says we need to contact PRO (maybe head of operations) and take permission but he / she is in meetings since God knows how long and she is never visible on the floor or can be contacted. Baby did not have a tag when they took her to NICU in the morning and no one knows if baby has been tagged or what's happening with her!! Pathetic and reckless response by every staff except for the security team here. This place was so pleasant back in 2015 when my kids were born. It has become worst from being a pleasant place over time.
As our experience when we have admitted the patient name is baby of suneetha Kumari.. consultat doctor.Dr.suneetha yarrum ...madam has treated excellent as well as sisters.....was helped us lot .... at the time of baby born..the baby was not feeling well.... the baby has cpap requirements. Dr ns Krishna Prasad sir has treated excellent...we are very happy with all the staff members as well as all doctors. Anukra has very helpful for us..tqsm ankura
