"New building, old idea" is how you can summarise this place! Built along the lines of the "shopping plazas" of the 1980s era, this place has a lot of shops ranging from kitchen items to boutiques to courier service. Shops selling various items/services are seen from the basement, all the way up to the third floor. Because of this, there is very limited parking space available. Whatever little space is available, is taken up by the shopkeepers to park their cars! The best way to commute to this place is by public transport! Don't expect a mall-like experience here.

Convenient, clean and nice place for residents staying near Vani Mahal and Jeeva park to make use of Blue Dart couriers which has a clean and nice office with friendly staff.

Visited ARTISTIK'S interior and exterior decoration people. Wonderful designs. They design, manufacture Trophies, Shields, Awards too. Recently, they supplied all Trophies for a function conducted by Sankara TV who selected Women from a cross section of the Society and awarded them "Stree Sakthi" Trophies to empower them. Very worst plaza. Am one of the staff in Ankur Plaza. The whole image of untidy toilets can be seen here. I personally suffered with urinal infection of using these toilets and spent lot of money in hospital. No water facility at all. All the association members are very irresponsible.
