Extremely professional services provided under single roof. Have visited on several occasions. Always found the staff courteous and willing to help. The only hospital to have a HR manager to overlook staff works as a team. Awesome overall!
It was a great experience with Ankur Maitrika hospital, process from admit to discharge remained very much smooth, very cooperative and professional staff, good/quality doctors , neat and clean premises and superb discipline. Just want improvement in cafeteria (its very small, it needs to be expanded) Also needs to put some direction boards on road, most of the people gets confused from main road that in which lane they need to enter. It was worst decision to choose this hospital for my father . You book a private they dont even give you water that u have to purchase and most inportant is the patient meal that was also not provided you have to buy it from hospital canteen. The staff is so less in number that you have to srarch junior doctors and nurses . I highy recommend not to choose this hospital for admission you may come here for opds as there are Good doctors here .
Very casual & unprofessional approach overall, Orthopaedician charges of doctor charged even doctor didn't see the road accident patient physically. Later, patient was diagnosed with severe knee problem in other hospital.
Hospital is clean, staff is well trained , security stay in hospital even in night i have seen people on rounds even at 3 am . We should get more hospitals like this in Jammu . There was no smell of medicines like we usually get in hospitals. Parking is free and thats a plus point which lot of govt. hospitals are charging for .
I must say Dr Wakhloo has saved me and my baby. In my 31 W baby was underweight and doc confirmed it as IUGR by another Doctor and mentioned it may need early delivery then Dr Wakhloo started analysis and changed a few medicines and confirmed after the scan that it was not IUGR baby did gain weight and it went smooth.
By far the best hospital in J&K. Huge Thanks to Dr. Ajay Wakhloo Sir for Giving Jammuites such a Blessing in the form of Multispeciality Hospital. All specialities under one Roof with Experienced Doctors and Staff ! Kudos to Ankur Maitrika Team !
