I had fish curry and rice. It was of course spicy, considering it's chettinad cuisine. The menu is big, so will take time to explore dishes. But some of items on menu were not available when i went. Service was okay. It's a no fuss food place.

Food standards have gone down. This chain was once well known for its food quality. Hariyali kabab was undercooked. Disappointed with mutton briyani - no flavor, only 2 small pieces and not even sufficient quantity but had to pay a hefty price. Not many parking spots available.

The place looks and smells shabby. Seems like a ghost of its former self. Some dishes are good while others are a miss! The service is good though - very polite and prompt.

Worst preparation of food today am get a parcel. In side old chicken and egg. Don't order because not good for children. They are preparing only hotel customer don't care about online customer. Please avoid that hotel

Worst experience they don't have items whatever we ask from the menu and ordered a mutton paya which was suggested by the waiter they have served raw leg and when we ask about it he is saying can I take the same leg and boil it worst ever experience

My recent experience was not a great one as the taste level has definitely dropped down. Also the wait time was long and order in which food was served was not matching. Quantity of food does not match the high price. Pros: 1. Location 2. You can always find a table 3. Polite attenders Cons: 1. Food quantity is less when compared to the price 2. Food serving time is bit longer than expected 3. Food serving order is messed up at times (I was served butter naan without the gravy being served first which result in a rigid naan while consumption)

Biryani taste is decent. Completely disappointed with the quality & quantity. Moreover I don't understand the packing charges. Why should I pay for their brand promotion in the packages. When your printing your brand name in the packing box then you should not charge us for packing and we already paying for food including GST. Yes I'm not denying your point but they are charging and they are not printing their brand name on their covers and they are asking while doing the billing. Even Jewellery and retail shops they are not charging for covers as well. Food parcels you can give it normal silver foil containers whereas your plastic parcel containers are not maintaining the food temperature. It's a fancy branding in our money. This is my suggestion since you replied.
