Anjappar Chettinad Restaurant - Restaurant in Varpattu - Pudukkottai, India

My have more expectation before entering this restaurant, we ordered mutton biryani, veg meal and nonveg meal, checken lollypop, vanjaram fish fry. Mutton biryani very worst smell and taste very bad we returned briyani, they gave another one. Checken lollypop not fry well. Vanjaram fish fry very bad (fish very old). Egg fry, kalakki is good. Table and places ok but fly insect everywhere. Totally disappointed today lunch experience

located at ponnamaravathy bus stand near, very vast area , and car parking also location is very beautiful name is Annamalai Anjappar

It's above 4pm and we are still able to get good briyani.. Also we tried Anjappar Chicken dry roast itz sooo gooooddd... and the overall menu and prices are too affordable.

Starter is Good. You can rate the food quality and taste 5/5 but service is (-3)/5. Person in Bar not turned on AC or not turned on Fan after multiple request in Ponamaravathy Anjappar. But chicken lollipop the best taste

Not good taste, Ambience is ok . We have ate Mutton Biryani, Chicken Briyani Crab lollipop and tandoori chicken , taste of briyani was not that good, it was somewhat ok, crab lollipop is well tasted but it's bit costlier, tandoori chicken also doesn't have that much taste, briyani and Tandoori chicken are not worth

Now it is known as Annamalai restaurant. It operates now as a non-AC restaurant

Only Neat and tidy veg/ non vegetarian restaurant available In this small town of ponnamaravathy. Price of dishes are similar to city restaurants and were tasty. Very polite service by staff.
