The view from Hill Top is very mesmerizing. The temple is good too. There are steep steps around 600 to reach the temple. It's said to be the birth place of Shri Hanuman Bhagwan. Not so crowded, there's smooth rush. Starts at 10 in the morning and is open till 8.30pm. Shorts aren't allowed here for both boys and girls.

The Anjanadri Hills in lies in Hanumanahalli (which means Hanuman's village) near to Hampi, Karnataka State, India. It is the birthplace of Hanuman. According to Sanatana Dharma, Hanuman was born to Anjana and thus Hanuman was also called Anjaneya, and his birthplace Anjaneyadri (Anjana's Hill). The hill has a Hanuman temple at the top. It has about 575 steps. The temple has a rock-carved idol of Lord Hanuman. There are also shrines of Lord Rama and Sita and Anjana Devi temple in the vicinity. You Can get nice view from top of the hill best time to visit is sunset or sunrise time ...

Considered the birth place of Hanuman, Anjanadri hill is best visited around sunset. There's a temple dedicated to Lord Hanuman at the top. There are steps for most of the route on the climb up. (Around 575 steps.) Sunset views are amazing, you can see the Tungabhadra river and nearby areas from the hill. Keep your belongings safe from monkeys :)

Once you reach the top the view is mesmerizing. It is easy to climb with a maximum of up to 15-20 minutes of climbing depending upon your stamina. If the skies are clear You can see nearby spots such as virupaksha temple, vitthal temple etc. I recommend visiting this place as early as possible because after 10:30-11:00am you'll find a rush of devotees and there's only one way up and down and only two persons can climb up and down at a time

Hill where Anjani mata performed a penance, was blessed with a part of the prasad King Dashrath received for begetring children. An eagle took away a portion and droppwd it in Anjani mata'hands. She ate it and was blessed with an illustrious son Lord Hanumana. There is a Shree Hanumana temple at the top. Rhere is a Challenging 650 plus step climb particularly for people with knee issues. I have knee issues but made it to the top chanting Jai Shreeram. The steps easy to climb. One can make it in small steps and taking rest. Worth the climb. Experienced morning aarti at the Shree Hanumana mandir. There is a floating stone from the Shree Ram Setu kept for us to see. Very sceinic view of the entire Hampi area, the mysterious rock formations all around. Worth a visit. Jai Shri Rama. Ample car parking available here. Please Visit Shabari Mandir and Pampa Sarovar about a kilometer ahead from the parking at the base of Anjaneya Hill.

Food was okay okay and according to taste it was bit overpriced and specially the service was little slow and boring because they were not paying attention on the customer service, not providing proper cutlery so we have to ask them again and again.
