I even hesitated to give one star. Staff behavior was pathetic. Others please avoid this store due to it's very bad service. Also weight of the product was less when measured through machine as compared to the weight mentioned in certificate.

This center of jewelry is MUCHBETER than others. Having latest design of jewelry.

I have been a customer of Anjali for the last 15 years, I won't use the term FREQUENT cos Gold to me is a luxury. I wanted to Resell an ornament for personal reasons. I had a valid cash memo of Anjali. Initially, i was told no reselling is possible till Akshay Tritiya. When I went to the Sodepur outlet after Akshay Tritiya, i was told resell happens on Fridays ONLY and that it's best I go to the Gariahat outlet as the process will take time here. Exchange, they said, will happen quickly. I chose not to get into a conflict and narrate the incident here. People shud know this and Anjali shud know a customer needs to be treated ETHICALLY even when they are not doing a purchase.

The lady employee showing things, had very very bad attitude. I never saw such unpleasant behaviour by an employee in any jewellery shop. After she repeatedly misbehaved with me, I stopped talking with her and silently buy what I needed and leave. I bought a pola set but she was unwilling to show the jewellery to me. As if I am not going to pay. She was repeatedly threatening me with anger that Anjali Jewellers do not exchange things -- so buy carefully. I hope the manager of the shop read this and try to train their employee for their own business.

Good collection but gold quality not good

Yesterday, we couldn't pay for the silver items selected for Dhanteras bcoz of Anjali jewellers staff mistake in writing the payment receipt. We were at the payment counter after waiting for hours in the crowd that's when they realised that the written receipt was wrong and took it back for correction. After that they made us stand in the crowd again for payment instead of resolving their negligence at their end instantly. Sodepur branch payment process is horrible. Not at all organized. Going there was a mistake. My parents are senior citizens and felt mentally harassed. Never ever will go there again and will also convey to our friends & other family members not to go there ever.
