They have good hygiene and clean rooms along with reasonable rates.The manager and his staff are all very friendly and helpful.

A good place for business meetings. Executive rooms at very normal rates.Even though restaurant is not there, food services are really great. Courteous staffs. Prefer this place for future meetings also.

Good stay at reasonable price close to boat jetty. Can hire boat easily from here for a journey through back waters. Kumarakom ana Alleppy are easily reachable from here through back waters

Just Ok. No room service. We asked blankets and towels and they assured us they will provide. But they didn't. We booked 2 rooms. In one room, bed sheets were not clean(felt like a lodge). Remaining everything is good. Interior looks good. The bathrooms are so clean and I specially appreciate that. Overall good for those who are looking for cheaper rooms in Kottayam and not for families.

Worst manager ever ....... Got very bad experience from the manager at the time of vacating after spending 21 room days with my collegues here... At the time of check in they will treat us like guest at home and while check out like we are receiving whole services at free of cost bed sheets were not clean and cleaning was not properly done.... We check in here because of some good reviews most possibly that reviews are cooked up by the management or they had done it Before checking out.....
