The doctor is good . However i have a complaint. I had a injury and visited the hospital on 23/09/23. The review validity was till 29/09/23. As I was in outstation, i couldn't visit on 29/09/23 and instead visited on 02/10/23. The front desk team turned down the request for audience saying that the validity is over. Request the concerned to do the needful.

Very very rude doctor (Haribabu) I have never seen till now. Doesn't listen to patient and neither check reports.. He wants fees and nothing else. Returned without any medical prescription.

Best physician dr.haribabu .Providing good service to patients . On call surgeon also available . All lab tests ,2d echo , X-ray, Ultrasound abdomen, breast scan , thyroid scan and Doppler study of limbs available here . Cost effective treatment compared to corporate hospitals in and around chandanagar and madinaguda and Patancheru , lingampally taranagar etc. Patients also come from far of places like tellapur shankarpally Tandur Sangareddy etc to get treatment from their favourite physician.

I could possibly never have a worse experience than this. There is absolutely no patience to listen to the entire problem. He interrupts me multiple times when I've been telling him the problem from start and later gets frustrated that I did not complete about my issue. I'm stunned at even 2 stars to this place. When you have no respect towards your patient, how would we even trust a quarter of your "expertise".

After doing covid profile , I wanted to take phone consultation but the receptionist didn't entertain and asked to visit the hospital. I had to take online consultation from other doctor , I think once the patient is tested positive and taking treatment , the doctor should be able to speak on phone and recommend the treatment rather than asking covid positive patients to come to hospital, there is a risk of infecting others.

Such a worst doctor and worst staff (especially the lady receptionist) have never seen before for COVID treatment. I have approached him for my father's covid treatment. He not even touched my father and written normal out dated covid medicines. My father had those medicines and in the mean time severity got increased, then we rushed him to big hospital but finally we doesn't saved him. This was happend because of Haribabu doctor. When i checked his prescribed medicines outside atleast one powerful medicine is not there in prescription. Sir we are just common people, as you are doctor you would have good doctors network and thus would prescribed good medicine to my father. As we believed you we have lost my father. That lady receptionist, i have never experienced such a very bad treating patients and attenders. Is she thinking there is only she working in that hospital. If any patient asked for any information she better to reply for their queries. Sir, I do remembered as I have visited you on daily basis during that time. In first visit you doesn't prescribed HRCT chest scan. After couple of days only, you prescribed and that too with my force. In case of normal diseases you can be follow slow and steady approach, but in case of this kind of life threatening pandemics you should be very careful and alert. In the first day of visit don't you know my father is diabetic and aged above 60. After my father expired, when gone through frequently asked questions in Arogya Sethu app came to know that if any diabetic patients affected with COVID 19, immediately they should admit into Hospital. How did you missed this valuable information and treated my father, still i cannot under stand sir. As my father believed you and since we all treated you as our family Doctor you have gifted death to my father and lifetime SADNESS to rest of family members. Hats off sir really hats off. :( :( :(
