Our go-to place for anything we need for our fur-baby. The behaviour of all the staff-members is always so heart-warming. I think our pup, Emma, also loves to visit there. If she could talk, she would always ask for a regular visit to Animal Planet . We have been associated with this shop, and the graceful owner Mr Tarun Gupta for over a decade.
Staffs are very well mannered. Great service. I blindly trust the staff members for grooming. They are just amazing with their work.

Negligence cost Whiskey his life.

Experience was good. Went for my 1.5 months old beagle pup. The vet Dr. A.Nandi was also helpful and friendly. Went for 1st vaccination.
Vaccine + consultation + card was about 1000 bucks. Doctor accepts cash/upi payments.
These people groom pets too. Staff is a friendly bunch of people.
The only con would be the pet friendly park is too small if more than 3 pets want to roam around peacefully away from each other's smell. Since it's a small place, pets tend to become anxious frequently.
Have been a regular visitor here for the past 5 years. Both the doctors-Dr Nandi & Dr Patra have always given the right treatment to my pet( a Labrador). Grooming sessions are done with a lot of love and affection. Kudos to the staff.
Dr Agniva Nandy is an amazing vet and the other people there are also very kind and helpful.
It was good experienced here both the city center shop and biswa bangla shop. One is for products and other one is for vet visit also products are available. Nice pocket friendly because dr take less fees and Mr A.Nandi is good choice to show him your pet he understands the problem or disease and give that med kits. Will sure visit again and the 2nd shop has large space for parking any vehicles and for pets there is a good park also for playtime so it was very good.

Recently we arranged our reception program at The grand inn.Food quality was excellent.Room was top-notch.View from room ,outside view was mesmerizing.Overall everyone enjoyed the program and stay in that hotel.
