I would consider it as ' The Best GYM' of Patna due to multiple reasons :- a) The Trainer & Owner i.e. Karan Kumar himself is a Professional Powerlifter. b) All the machines are available for each and every muscle group. c) I train over here and I'm 100% satisfied. d) The Trainer is a Professional person so.. There's no chance of getting wrong training. e) This GYM'S main focus is on Training not branding or advertising. f) All the Players out there, I would highly recommend you to join this Gym as I'm myself a Player and you'll be guided according to your sports.
From getting up on feet to standing on my both legs, this place gave me the hope to be normal again.. i had genu valgam(curved outwards legs) and my one leg was operated for that. But my other leg was not working properly. I walked on one leg. But in 1 month i am walking confidently on both legs. My body is better and best thing is I can do squats with weights more than 100 and able to lift 75 kg.. pehle to saaman uthane me bhi Darr lagta tha... Karan isr is the best.. never found such a motivator, a friend, a coach and most importantly a mentor.
I am having workout in this gym from a noticeable duration what i like most about this place its well equiped and especailly gym owner train the member of the gym , further I had taken few session of vaccum message and I find it really relaxing espicailly owner takes message session . Here we also get training for power lifting and body building.
I am member of this Gym from last year and feel this GYM is fit for me and also my gymates (have same feeling even male or female). A good place for good physic and for muscal man pehlwan. Special place for body building.

It is a good gym. It has all basic gym equipment from locker to shower to trademills. There are no trainers though but you can take help from the owner who is an accredited power lifter...
