Love this store as it has Excellent and wide -range of products of superior quality and design. You are at "one stop store " if you want your pet to have the best gifts!
They also gives discounts on almost everything.
It does have options for dogs but for cats they have the same limited options which ever other store has. I went there as I read good reviews online. Although it's a little away from my place, they do not offer any discounts. Every other pet shop I have visited does offer discounts as they want repeated customers. Not to sound stingy cos I would still buy as I already picked up quiet a lot of things, but Inspite of asking for discount I was told we don't offer any. Yes other stores do offer but we don't. Also most of the things that I asked were not there. For cat litter they have only options and the better one that is available is expensive. So basically you have no choice. Also they are pricey in comparison to other shops I have been to in kharghar. You can skip this one if you are a cat owner.
Unresponsive and Unclear in their communication. Don't show the basic courtesy of informing you whether they are delivering or not and make you wait saying they will. Very Unreliable.

It was a good store. But for strange reasons, post visit there was no response from the owner, so had to go to other pet shop. So would not recommend the store.
