Love the service, my go to people in this parlour is Moni, she knows her work so good. Kudos to the team such joyful people.

I did a clean up and its was a nightmare. The person who did the cleanup was so rough and my skin was fully red and had bumps after. The skin near the nose was scratched. The ambience was so worst employees were playing some songs from their phone and talking and laughing loudly.Never had such an experience.

Disappointing Hydra Facial Experience at Polonica Kottayam I recently underwent a hydra facial treatment at Polonica Kottayam. Despite the promising claims, my experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, I was charged Rs3500 for the procedure and was told that it would take around 3 hours. However, to my surprise, the entire procedure was completed in less than 2 hours. This left me feeling rushed and questioning whether all the necessary steps were carried out properly. Moreover, the results were nowhere close to what was promised. I didn't see any significant improvement in my skin condition post-treatment. This makes me doubt the effectiveness of their hydra facial procedure and raises concerns about the quality of the products they used. Adding to my disappointment was the lack of sincerity from the staff. Their lackadaisical approach to their work was evident and it reflected in the overall experience. I felt like they were more interested in finishing quickly rather than providing a thorough and effective treatment. All in all, my hydra facial experience at Polonica Kottayam was a waste of both time and money. The procedure was rushed, the promised results were not delivered, and the staff's lack of dedication only added to the disappointment. I would caution others considering this treatment at Polonica Kottayam to reconsider their options and explore more reliable and reputable alternatives.

The service provided by the salon is good. Naved in particular is one of the best they have especially with haircut and all other services

Amazing service and patience especially Raji chechi! So happy with the wedding special preparations Polonica helped me with. I spent an entire day happily at Polonica and Raji chechi was too sweet and patient. She helped me with every tiny thing and also suggested the best things for me and explained how it works. I am super duper happy with the nail services too. Definitely suggesting Polonica for all bridal services

Delighted with all the services. The staffs, especially Vismaya and Raji were professional and welcoming. Raji suggested the best treatment or services required for me and did all services based on my preferences. I was confused about which design to do for my nails but Raji made the whole process easier. l would highly recommend this place.
