Worst customer service ever. No manners while talking to women and the tone they use is very condescending. No cooperating with the others even when asked politely Even this one star is too much for them Very disappointed from behavior of their staff specially the boy at the counter

Worst experience.. Fake products (rough clothing) , money waste

Avoid if you want a decent after sales service. Staff is nice when you first buy the product with a guarantee of exchange if product doesn't fit. But once you go back for exchange, the hospitality drops to 0 and staff starts behaving rude.

It is getting expensive day by day. The price of the jeans buy from the mall was good. And the price of duplicate jeans was high in Anil's store. The behavior of the staff was dirty and the behavior of the owner was even worse. Not recommended

Worst ever experience. I bought a JACK & JONES lower, shop was about to close so I did not try that. Next day when I opened the bag it was clearly evident with the quality that it was a fake copy and it had thread marks at many places. We went back next day to return it they simply started behaving disrespectfully and refused to change it. They are highly unprofessional and sell fake copies of branded clothes. Tourists should never go at their shop

Anil store is a famous branded clothing store in Amritsar. You can buy their clothes for all of range. they have three store in Amritsar.

During new purchase they are very good but if you want to exchange they started doing tantrums and don't treat customers in proper manner. Pathetic dealing. They are trying to match standards and customer service of kapsons, no exit and other MB's but they are nowhere close to them and still have to learn a lot.

bad bad bad staf in gents sanctions Third class behaviour of staff..totally unprofessional. They behave as if they are doing some kind of favour to you by showing clothes or answering your queries. Also rates are quite high. the manger's is also very bad behaviour i am highly not recommended this shop
