My honest opinion - Very disappointing. All the reviews in itself are either fake or posted because the owner asked to be given 5 stars (as I was asked). I went for hair smoothening and it was quite clear that the appliances being used were of low quality. The straightener I have at home is of better quality than the one used there. I have been to multiple parlours before and nowhere have I come across such shoddy work. And the owner (a guy) was being kind of weird, to the point that I asked my stylist if there was something wrong. As for the smoothening itself, I have posted an AFTER photo - make of it what you will. This is what I was send home with, after 7 HOURS in the chair.
Not sure why people are giving excellent reviews for this parlour. I had a hair cut from this parlour a month ago, which entirely ruined my thick and lengthy hair. The beautician doesn't even understand the requirements of the customer and do everything according to her own floppy ideas. My humble request that not to spread false appraisals just for one's satisfaction which may mislead other customers too. If the beautician doesn't know some services please don't experiment it on others.
