- Spring roll was good in taste. - Salty Manchurian, I don't recommend. - I went around 9:30PM, most of snacks were unavailable. - Resturant was crowded and has not enough seats. - Snacks are expensive as per it's quality

Yesterday went to eat something at weekday. There was three items we ordered two we rejected because of poor quality and taste. Staff and manager was not helpful. Asked for replacement but they had the same quality food so we rejected.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experiences at Aneja Sweets in Urban Estate, Patiala. As a regular customer, it pains me to report that the level of service and customer care has significantly deteriorated. The staff's behavior has become increasingly arrogant, and they appear more engrossed in their mobile devices than in attending to customers. One particularly unpleasant encounter was with the person manning the billing counter at the restaurant upstairs. His attitude was exceptionally rude, giving the impression that they were doing customers a favor rather than providing a service. Prompt responsiveness to customer needs seems to be lacking, leading to unacceptable delays in service. What's more, the food served is often cold, which can be directly attributed to the staff's apparent distraction with their mobile phones. I have been a loyal patron of this establishment for some time, but the inappropriate behavior and consistently delayed service have forced me to reconsider my patronage. It is my hope that by bringing these issues to your attention, the management can take appropriate action to rectify these problems and restore the high standards that I once appreciated at Aneja Sweets.

Stopped by twice for lunch. Had chaap cream gravy with Naan and cheese naan with gravy. Was excellent. Total bill was Rs300 only. Also tried onion dosa. Was fine

Nice place to have dinner with good ambience and manageable service. Both veg and non veg are available.

The bheviour of the staff is very unpleasant. They are Very rude with there Coustmers. Even we complaint at the billing counter but they didn't take any action and that was very rude and unprofessional.

Aneja is my all time favourite restaurant because of delicious foodstuffs and drinks. The interior decoration is simply gorgeous. Besides, the ground floor can park more than 50 cars. It also has a large playground for children. The Aneja restaurant offers several dishes including continental menus, South indian, Punjabi, north Indian, and local menus on top of the delightful exotic desserts. Not to mention, the prices are reasonable and the food is served reasonably quickly. The restaurant serves mainly breakfast and lunch meals. It does really good coffee - I like their latte's best - and lots of sandwiches, salads and special soups. The restaurant also has a selection of delicious, gooey homemade cakes. So if ever you are in Patiala, I hope you will find Aneja restaurants and enjoy it as much as I do. Cheers
