Andaz - Hotel in Anjuna - North Goa, India

This place is quite adequate. Pros- Rooms are neat and tidy. Beds are decent. AC is satisfactory though. Washrooms are quite clean and adequate. Parties are hosted along with "fire shows", they said but we didn't get to see it. Hostel staff are quite comfortable and decent Beers and food are also cool. Cons- The space for party and all is quite small. I wish it'd been a little bigger. Location is far away from actual fun places in goa.

A wonderful choice to stay for a small budget in goa. The rooms are neat and clean. The ac is properly set. Peaceful atmosphere. Polite staff and easy check-in and checkout. Food and drinks are available. However, location is a bit remote and if you have a vehicle, it won't be a problem. Getting a taxi is a bit of a struggle in Goa. Even then I enjoyed my short stay and I would say Its value for money.

Positive first. The hostel has a swimming pool. Although the timing will not suite you. Looks beautiful from outside. Now the negatives. The staffs are peculiar. Even after informing our timing of check in, they made us wait almost half an hour just to get the rooms ready. Foods are just too costly. The staff behaviour is odd. Didn't expect such non welcoming hotel/hostel earlier. There is no room service even you book full room. One more thing, Smoking and Alcohol is not permitted in the room.

Good things first: The location is nice, very close to the ocean and I met a lot of awesome people over there. Basically, the hostel itself is pretty good, BUT the staff is garbage. They are rude and have some pecjuliar behaving. Even employees told me they feel uncomfortable. I would probably give 4-5 Stars if there was staff which is treating you as a proper customer. Actually, only 1 Star worth it.

Good vibes only at this positive place. The hosts are quite friendly and make you comfortable. Bunk beds are comfy with 6" beds. ACs in working condition. Attached bathroom is quite hygienic. Lots of plants and greenery. Car, bike parking and swimming pool available. Super decent and value for money accomodation. Friendly hosts.

The Retreat is a very good hostel but only one problem is that its too long from the lively neighbourhood. if we have our own vehicle, then the access is good. Restaurants and about 2.5 km from Hostel that too near Arpora. The hostel is very neat and clean and airconditioned. They give breakfast in morning. Beds are comfortable. They have rooms for family or couples also. It's value for money.

Cozy atmosphere, very well maintained. Great location out of the way of the hustle and bustle but close enough to get a taste of the action. The building itself is breezy and roomy. Staff are very welcoming and professional. Breakfast is included, laundry was a small additional fee.

stay was quite good. host welcomed warmly., she was good guide into the property. only problem is the place is away from maintown and main roads and near forest area. rooms are clean & maintained. A/C ,water facilities is good. property looks like it regular home and thus u won't be surprised with new experience.
