Ancient Chozhan Buildings - Tourist attraction in Manigramam - Mayiladuthurai, India

No visitors allowed inside..... It is said to be a remains of Buddhist vihar...

This is a closed excavation site gaurd by the fences, there's no allowed public entry in means and the sites archeological artefact findings are transferred to museums already, the site is only preserved because of the findings bricks structures, not advisable to make on a plan to visit but it can be 5 minutes watch over on the way to phoompuhar where you can find the artefact in the museum of silappathikaram.

It's only a excavated site that is locked. It is not open for visiting. All its artefacts are moved to Govt. Museum. Nothing much to see except for broken Walls

Nothing much to view. It's a closed gate and you can see / peep from outside. Some construction unearthed can be seen. It's not for a huge place. Only a small one with cattles playing inside.
