Worst experience.. neglegent service from casuality doctor. Hospitlise kid with high fever and doctor wrongly given high doseage ang the condition got very worst and had to take to another hospitl.

Overdose medicines are been prescribed for young children as well. Better to be at home if you are sick, rather than consulting a doctor from this hospital.

Medicine that shud be given 12 hrs intermittently was given every 4 hrs by the duty doctor....baby showed signs of restlessness and we had to run to other hospitals where they pointed out what really happened... very bad experience

I went to this hospital and had a terrible experience from a doctor there. Dr Ashok Kumar was forcing me to get admitted there for no reason and denied treatment as we said our house is nearby and was not in that bas state to be admitted in a hospital. Doctor was really rude and it was frustrating to see that a doctor in Kerala was doing this. Anyway I went to another reputed hospital and I was diagnosed and was given proper treatment in contrary to what Dr Ashok Kumar did, he did not ask me to admit in their hospital nor was my state that bad to get admitted. I understood what Dr Ashok Kumar was trying to do was for monetory purposes or for his benefit and I'm really disappointed. But I appreciate the nurses there, they deserve better as their service was really nice.

My general experience about this hospital is excellent. I like the hospital very much. The hospital is well organized and treats the patients with dignity and respect. The care and service of staffs in the hospital is excellent

I visited in this hospital twice . The medicine department head when he was in trivandrum Medical college as as postgraduate I know him personally.His approach to patient is very gentle and pious. That was the reason I visited again for my medical problem.He is a very intelligent doctor. The other doctor I know dr ABDUL GAFOOR RABI from SAUDI ARABIA He is a dynamic personality with diplomatic approach. If you approach him with any maxillo facial problem you can see the difference from other doctors in the same department, his approach and how quickly he managing your problem.
