Near to airport, pick up or drop service is provided. Rooms are clean and spacious. The weekend buffet was not worth the money as it had very less options. Food menu looked a bit pricey for the location. However, staff was very good and helpful.

Nice budget place for an overnight halt. Located right by the highway and hence you can hear a fair bit of traffic and trucks through the night. I wish they had better sound proofing. Rooms are clean and well maintained. The staff is really nice and welcoming. Secured parking is available in their basement. Breakfast is tasty and well made. Restaurant staff is very accommodating to your requests and very courteous as well. Full marks to them and the kitchen staff as well. Remember this is the budget category of fern resorts so don't expect too much.

An understated, professional, efficient accommodation option at a central and convenient location, not too far from the airport, train or highways. Especially good for midrange budget travellers.

Today I hve taken dinner at restaurant. I ordered Hydrabadi Dum biryani. But they give me normal hydrabadi biryani. Then I complaint for the same. Chef replied Its dum biryani. Nd told we make dum biryani in normal pan. Not in matki with steam. They don't know how to prepare dum biryani. Nd not accepting. I complaint at front office but no one give solution. I paid full amount of bill. Now I will strongly complain on consumer forum.

Room cleanliness is not maintained. Cockroachs are found roaming around the room. The same was highlighted to the hotel staff and they ensure to improve the condition.

Not satisfied with the service, management was very poor and services were very slow. Seems like workers weren't trained well. Buy 2 get 1 free buffet dinner offer on weekends is also not so good. Food was also not good at all. Hotel needs to work on many areas and has to be improved.
