Worst pathetic rude & the most irritating owners. Father was somewhere good but the daughter omg never seen a disrespectful women like her. They kept all the copies of other designer & were showing the attitude of manish malhotra level lol i have bought a lehnga worth 3 lakh but not from here. Brides to be please don't visit here visiting here was the worst decision of my life
Owners are too disrespectful and insulting. Never felt this kind of negativity anywhere. There is no point of keeping wide collection but insulting the customers. Highly disappointed. DO NOT VISIT! They will not treat you well if your budget is less than 2lakhs. They wouldn't show interest either. I ended up buying a lehenga for more than 2 but no from here because for them if you cannot afford 2 then you aren't worth their time.
It is a scam . They say that they make a new piece but no they give you the piece that they altered after 2-3 months . The lehnga is torn from inside it cannot be altered . Worst experience,, do not go
Returning after over 30 years, it was a pleasure to receive the same warm, discerning attention from the gentleman whose passion Anarkali represents. Come here for fine workmanship and a wide range of lehengas.
There should be an option for negative rating ! The owner (both father and his daughter) are extremely rude and insensitive. Collection is nothing but complete copy of every designer. They start by telling and blabbering about the high end clientele they have. I wonder how!! They will keep on changing prices and there is no price tag to verify. There are many good stores in Delhi which are worth visiting then this store. If you say even slight no to a single piece they will insult you or tell you don't understand fashion/trend! Because one is going for wedding shopping, it takes time to decide. I ended up spending more than i thought and more expensive lehenga than was at this store. But I am so glad it is not from this store! I would have regretted buying any outfit from the insensitive and senseless owners!
The collection by of whatever the store had was nice. But the attitude of Mr. Kailash was really rude. I am thankful that I didn't buy anything from here . Don't want to deal with such insensitive people. Hope he learns to treat his customers and employees with more dignity and respect .
