We went to Ananya for an engagement ring and were so disappointed with the final ring. T Rohan wasted our time telling us the piece would get better after polishing. He kept gaslighting us over explaining the technical challenges he has. They cut most of the advance after we said we don't want the piece. The whole process was very painful and would not wish it on anybody. Save yourself a whole lot of trouble and find a better reliable place.
JUST DON'T GO HERE!! We went here after seeing the reviews on google. Had an extremely horrible experience with the store. The sales person Rohan was extremely unapolegetic after having given us a badly made piece. He kept telling us our choice to replace the ring cluster with a solitaire was the reason for why the final ring they made looks so different from the sample they showed.
Ananya Jewels always has a beautiful collection with trendy designs and something for every budget . They also custom design pieces if you have an idea.. It turned out better than it was in my head... a beautifully finished end product. Super satisfied with overall experience!
