Nice to spend sometime. What I knew is, its built by a private entrepreneur and gave up due to incurred losses during completion. Anyway its deserted. No shops nearby. An old tourist home is there but looked not occupied now. Its actually built by putting old parts of houses from different places in together after transporting here. My friends said an entire wall is dispatched like that. No idea
