I have visited here 4-5 times and have tried a lot of different items. Safe to say, not once have I been disappointed with either the taste, quality of service on any visit. Never expected such great food at such an affordable price. The waiters are also very friendly. Definitely a place that I would go to regularly and recommend to others. There's also another restaurant at the residency that serves only vegetarian food, so that's another great thing about the place. Its also very accessible to the city, and has a BRTS and local bus stop at a walkable distance.

Have stayed here numerous times during hubli visits and this has been my only choice for stay. Great food. Great staff. Auto stand right outside the hotel. Complimentary breakfast with variety. Economical pricing. Smooth check in and check out. Ample parking space. This place ticks all the right boxes.

We had been staying at the hotel regularly on business trips. Over the years have seen it degrading into a sad place due to poor staff training and zero maintenance We changed 3 rooms yesterday due to poor AC ; unfortunately none had functional AC. The hotel management seems to be oblivious to this and without pointing at any particular staff I will say this - lack of training and sincerity. The location works to their advantage and that seems to be the only USP for this place.

Clean, hygiene and tasty food. Good service. Price is somewhat high compared to taste and variety. Good parking lot

No matter what you order, the food will be of great taste. We have tasted here breakfast/snacks items and dinner.

Nice place to stay. No disturbance. Rooms are neat and clean, bathrooms spacious and clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast has lotz of varieties, tasty ****Only I would like to suggest is please add electric kitley for hot water and *****1 lit water is not enough please do arrange water filter on any of the floor

The typical old fashioned places, which are successful because of their location and proximity to important business places. Rooms are neat and spacious and give the feeling of a 90s hotel. Warm water for morning bathing was without any hassles or phone calls, as it usually happens in such hotels. The mattress was comfortable. I slept off the moment I crashed on to the bed. Maybe the mattress or a tiring day, but had a sound sleep. The breakfast starts only at 8 AM. If you are planning to leave early, they won't have any option. Billing is also a tad bit slow. No complaints.
