Initially, I was skeptical about making a purchase from someone I found online, relying solely on reviews. However, from the moment I connected with Piyush, he made the entire process incredibly smooth and alleviated any anxieties I had. He promptly answered all of my questions and understood my preferences and guided me through the process with expertise. To further put my mind at ease, Piyush connected me with a couple of previous customers who had made purchases from Ananta Artifacts in the USA. Their feedback was overwhelmingly positive, assuring me that I was dealing with a reliable and trustworthy seller. Production: When I initially made my request for the completion of the project in just 2 months. Around a month into the production, he reached out to me and explained that some of the craftsmen had fallen sick, which might cause a delay. I appreciated his transparency. Approximately 45 days into production, without me even asking, he proactively sent me a picture of the work in progress. Piyush kept me in the loop by sending a picture of the crafted product without staining about a week before the deadline. True to his word, just 2 days before the agreed completion date he sent me a picture of the completed product. Packaging: There was a surprise difference in the cost for packaging and shipping. I must commend the team for their exceptional packaging. The extra attention and effort put into ensuring the products were well-protected for seaway shipping were evident. I was pleasantly surprised to find that every item I ordered arrived at my home without a scratch. Shipping: My experience with the shipping process, facilitated by Mr. Raman from Pramukh Swami Overseas, was a bit of a mixed bag. I opted for door delivery, which seemed like a convenient choice at the time. However, once the shipment was handed over to TVT Logistics India for LCL (Less than Container Load) shipment and customs clearance in India, things became a bit challenging. Unfortunately, Mr. Raman didn't have all the necessary tracking details, such as the Container number from the Shipping line or the HBL number from the forwarding company in the USA. This lack of tracking information made it extremely difficult for me to monitor the progress of my shipment. The only way to obtain updates was to contact Mr. Raman, who then had to reach out to TVT Logistics to retrieve the status and relay them back to me. The process involved the forwarding of the shipment to Florida through STG Logistics, followed by customs clearance in the US, and finally arranging the delivery to my doorstep. Overall, the entire shipping process took a considerable amount of time, totaling 2.5 months from the time of packaging until it arrived at my door. Workmanship: I must say that the quality is nothing short of impeccable. The craftsmen involved in creating this piece have done a wonderful job, and I am truly impressed by their skill and attention to detail. Maintaining symmetry in sculptures, especially intricate ones like the pair of elephant heads in the middle, is indeed a challenging task. Achieving such precise symmetry may indicate the use of advanced techniques, possibly involving machining. Regardless of the methods employed, the end result is stunning, and it's a testament to the skill and dedication of the artisans at Ananta Artifacts. The finishing of the product is truly remarkable. It appears to have been stained multiple times, resulting in a beautiful depth of color. Conclusion: Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend Ananta Artifacts to anyone seeking exquisite, high-quality craftsmanship and unique pieces for their home or space. The experience has been a true delight, and I am thrilled with the addition to my collection. We purchased Mandir for our house from Ananta Artifacts in 2023 February. Even though it took 4 months to get this product I can tell every one you get what you pay for! They build in all Teak wood very well treated for pests, no particle board, and beautifully carved. Also it's not very difficult to assemble either! Be mindful of transportation expenses if you want to get it delivered fast because of the item weight and size. The friendliness and professionalism of their sales personnel is very good. In the end I would like to say if anyone wants to buy a mandir this is the place you should buy.

I received my puja temple a month ago and very happy with the temple and ANANTA . How ever the shipping process was very tiresome due to which I have to rate 3.There were lot of hidden costs which were not shared with me up front and I ended up spending lot more dollars.The feedback for future buyers is that they must ensure all the shipping costs involved throughly before placing order with the shipper if they are ordering from United States.
