BE AWARE OF BAKRI BHAIYA. You will see a man in matheran who will tell you about this hotel that the owner is gujarati and all gujarati stays here etc... But do not book with this hotel, price is very cheap like 2500 per night with breakfast, lunch, high tea and dinner but the rooms condition is WORST. No sockets are working, electricity gone 15 time in 31 hours just after we booked. Owner also starts generator very rarely otherwise he waits for electricity to come. No proper service and even swimming pool was not clean. They are giving it in a cheap rate because the property is too old and it is not even in condition to stay here. Please be aware of their agents roaming in matheran street.
