Dr. Anand sir, Thank you very much to you and your team to operate appendix and sludge in GB. Those were caused difficulties in my father's life for some days. But I want to indicate you to the other aspects of requirement those are if not higine may cause people to avoid your facility in case similar medical treatment available elsewhere. Like 1. When you and your team visiting in house admitted patients, just coming like "horses in race" and going. Not providing answer of any question being asked. You should not give priority to money only cooperation with people is also required. 2. All rooms should be always in good conditions, Which is not case now. Cooler not working, it's causing ventilation problems. You are taking charge of AC rooms and just fan in room. 3. Bath room and usable in it are not clean. 4. Bedsheet and pillows are not clean. 5. Washbasin not clean. And Please ask/educate all service staff, do not demand cash.. And final one your staff should not take 5* (star) review by their self on patient/proposer mobile. People should provide their own review based on their actual feel.
Worst hospital I have ever encountered. Staffs are illiterate. Doctors take fees and visits for second. They give no clarity to patient. Everyone here is just bothered to loot you money in any form. Please do not visit

It's only motive is to earn money and nothing else....they have no concern for paitent, doctors are not available in emergency also....they ask for number of unnecessary tests to make money and do tests casually showing wrong data.... I'll never recommend anyone to this hospital. Doctors here are very money minded and my case was critical.
