A very nice and peaceful place. The person who teaches yoga is the son of Padmashree.Nanammal. He teaches in depth and detail, he is very calm and an awesome teacher. He also has places to stay and get treated. Contact office for more details. There are many different ways to reach this place. One easy way is to reach Sri Ranganathar college main gate and just opposite to college you can find Anandam Yoga. Good place to learn yoga if you are in Coimbatore region. Happy living.......
Hello friends to let you know about Anandham Yoga center, I have been there for yoga and naturopathy treatment. Due to some recent incidents in my family which made be go to worst depressed level because of this my health also got effected. After going through all kind of medication which gave me only a temporary remedy, so thinking of a different solution I came to Anamdham Yoga center which is near by my home. Meeting Mr. Ellusami telling him all the mind and health issues, he gave the right treatment and suggested to learn for yoga at a lower cost which I can continue to no longer get into depression. Nice person understanding what we are in need of and teaching us how we can adopt ourselves to get rid of the illness what we have. Also he teaches in a easy and simple way so we can learn yoga in short duration, even the toughest ashnas is learnt in a short period. So I'm posting this all because of what the benifits which I reeped out of yoga and naturopathy medicine, suggesting people with any illness either for mind nor body please step in and sure you would get rid of all your illness.
