AnandBhavan - Vegetarian restaurant in Pattambi - Palakkad, India

I used to go there regularly as I am working in Mele Pattambi. Food is good. But interior neatness like carpet cleanliness is very poor. Brought to the notice of the cashier today to clean the carpet at entrance at food dispensing areas.

Ordered one mashroom biriyani (not bad), Chinese fried rice( not tasty) and chilly porata( so good).

Beware when you pre order food for some functions from here.They don't keep or provide the details of your order. I was once scammed by them.I ordered Onam sadhya from them for 8 heads for 150/- per head. I was 200% vigilant about the amount since it was my company's team lunch.I payed the advance amount whichwas half the amount ie,Rs600 and asked for advance receipt. They said no need of that and also they don't have any such slips or tokens. They also called me and confirmed about the order for the same amount, two days before. When I got there for Thiruvonam Day to collect my order, They said what they only have is the package of Rs200 per head and they don't even have such package of Rs150. I was shocked since they were the one who said the package and collected the advance amount. Imagine if you were at my point. My whole team is waiting for onam lunch.Still I spoke to them without being arrogant. They insisted me to buy 8 qty of Rs200 package by saying this is only available with us. How can an establishment behave like such irresponsibly. I showed them the advance payment screenshot of the day which I booked, still they were not ready to agree to their fault. At last they negotiated by giving a package of 1100. They said it's for 5 people's platter, which was correct only if the consuming persons are five babies of age 5 year. There was no option but to buy that package since any higher amount will be paid from my pocket. All I have to say in single word is "Appo naan, (Customer)..Pottanaa??..... Good food at affordable price

Good taste and decent pricing. Good for taking a break and relaxing before entering Dindigul. The place is neatly maintained with curtious staff. Parking is small but can be parked outside the premises. One of the better spots for a small break on the outskirts of Dindigul.

Very bad experience. We ordered two soups. They don't know how to prepare it. Because they serve us like main course dish. Then we ordered masala dosa it also horrible...

Quite average restaurant. You have some options available but don't expect much. Toilet is old styled but clean. Parking available for maximum 3 cars
