Anandam Clarks Inn Suites - Hotel in Vrindavan - Mathura, India

They are making a fool out of people who is booking , the photos on the website or any other booking platform is a hoax, it doesn't match the reality of the place . Rooms are extremely extremely dirty , they don't bother to maintain , all faucets are broken be it sink be it hand shower or wc. Even after complaining multiple times they didn't even try to respond to the issues Bed sheets towels everything is smelly . Floors are sticky It's not worth what they are charging per night and we wouldn't even pay 500 per night if we knew the condition Don't want to even get started about the breakfast and service they (didn't) provide

Swimming pool is not functional is what they will tell you...it will never be functional but they mention swimming pool in all websites Nor is the 9D playzone... Don't even think about it.. Biggest scamster hotel I have seen in my life. Waiters were punching at each other when we reached . Waiters are abusive ( among themselves) .. Rooms are not fit for 2000 bucks rental and they charge 7000 because it's vrindavan.. Hopeless breakfast.. Most hopeless hotel for 7000 bucks.. Take a room if you get it for 2000... Else don't go to this place

This property have nothing ...... They do not provide slippers....... In the name of buffet they provide almost nothing.... Exhaust fans do not work... No water supply in bathing area.... Very Poor service... Booked for 2 nights with breakfast and dinner included....om 2nd night there was no dinner buffet have to order Ala-carte.. Do not recommend this property.... Not worth at all.....

First of all if you want to booking in this hotel please read carefull And please not belive online images of Clarks Vrundavan I am Travel agent and my client faced worst experiance ever First of all its not 4 star hotel or any star hotel. This is Pethatic hotel ever in my entire life of business. Our clinet checked in on 28 Nov they all are NRI Client and they reched at hotel around 4 pm and still room was not ready. client waiting at reception 2 hours then they privice room still washroom is not clean room is not clean bedsheet very dirty floor is not cleen at all. waht type of Room cleaning was ? second thing in room continue smelly and dirty smell come even after room freshner staff all are very rude they have weeding group in hotel and they are only respond to wedding group not respond our FIT Clients. they ignore our client like we made huge mistake of giving booking in there hotel. Everytime we call on receiption all staff ignore our query and issue Every time differant staff talking and they have no idea regarding issue and then again start whole story with there staff which is already discuss with previous staff. Client come in night after dinner at 1 Am still room not cleaned and smell come and bedsheet still dirty when i call in hotel then hotel staff giving rude answer and told me that he is busy right now call in the morning what a rude answer that was When i called Hotel General manager in night for client issue he shouting on us and client and behave like rude and screeming and he told me that dont call me at all Means i have done lots of booking in clarks hotels group but never get this type of feedback in Any hotel which is i getting reveiws from client for Clarks vrundavan. Hotel Staff is very very very rude Specially Mr Suzain hotel manager Worst Expeirance waste of time waste of energy . waste of money I have sent mail of clarks management regarding this issue but no body higher athority manager or director call me regarding this issue and no budy reply on mail for Appolozise We are put Clarsk Group of hotels in Black list forever. still not received any kind of response on mail or call from Clarks group of hotels. Discussting.

First time in my life where I don't recommend no-one to stay here. The location is good. But the room was very small and the balcony was very dirty. AC is not working properly - cooling issue. 1 star rating is coming from my experience

We booked a villa in this Property. Although the check-in and check-out process was not smooth it took around 20-30 mins for the same but the villas were good and there was completely privacy. It felt just like your own home. If you are traveling with your family then this 3 bhk villa is the option you cannot miss.

# Washrooms are not that clean. # Towels are not very fresh. # Faced problem related to Water supply and the water was not clean also. # Food taste was average. #Location is good. # Ample parking available. # Staff is nice.

Pathetic rooms, bedding are worst and bathroom is horrible. Pictures on social media platforms don't justify the reality.. Cleanliness should have been top most priority. Topping the list is rude unprofessional staff.
