Waiting time is quite long due to more number of patients but their reports are quite satisfactory. Staffs are hardworking and humble. Got MRI done at around 8pm and collected reports the next noon. If you're not localite would recommend to book early appointment so you get the report by evening(MRI Case).
The most third class and cheater organisation in Siliguri, Today the billing staffs are 3rd class, they don't know how to talk and behave, if asked anything they replied like threatening. We stand there like 30 min but they don't take our prescription and then we go to Regen.
First time I came here, I found every one is very humble, I felt friendly environment, specially for their behaviour. I want to add fast report delivery process, which is satisfactory for my family. Thank you Anandaloke for your good service.
While I don't have any problem with the other MRI technician, i was treated very rudely by one of your staff Mr Raja who manage the MRI. I don't think he have the training that how to talk and treat with the patient's, By knowingly he made us to wait for 8 hrs but then also the work didn't happen. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER .
