We opted for the hotel for its proximity to my cousin's place. The rooms are ok. I was disappointed with the linen quality and the bathroom hygiene. Food in the restaurant is good. The staff is obliging and very helpful. The place is good for business visit where stay is short and you don't intend to relax in the hotel. The hotel can deliver much better at the cost it charges.

Frustating experience Booked via agoda. Their staffs are not professional at any means. Rooms are dirty and not prepared properly for check-in. Had a bad smell, amenities are very poor comparing the cost. This hotel is only a viable option if someone has to catch the train from Chitpur(Kolkata) railway station at very early morning. Because it took me 7 min on foot to reach the railway station. And so far its the only hotel in this area, therefore they also don't care about their guest

200 meters away from Kolkata station , it's a very conveniently located budget friendly hotel. If you have to catch the train from Kolkata station early in the morning this is the best choice.. 1599/- non AC, AC delux -2199/-,AC super deluxe -2799/-. Breakfast is also included. Anandam restaurant is also at the same premise for lunch and dinner.

Very Bad experience with this hotel. My employee booked hotel 28th September 2023(Thursday)and that night the Night receptionist was very rude. He doesn't know how to behave with guest. I think this type of mannerless receptionist should not be in hotel industry. I hope the owner of this hotel will take right action against this night receptionist

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Staffs were really helpful and well behaved. Received a great hospitality. Rooms were clean and hygienic. Room service was also good. Overall a good experience. Would love to visit this place again.

Rooms are on the smaller side but the location and service is amazing. Food is good, I loved there breakfast menu. Very near to station and airport.

The location of the hotel is very good, so it is easily reachable. The room was a little small but i must say it was very neat and clean, the bedsheet, blanket, pillows and bathroom was very clean. The breakfast they provided was so delicious, it was easily shareable for two people. All the hotel staff's behaviour was really good, they know how to give proper hospitality to the customers. It was a very nice stay, would love to go again. The staff was so professional and experienced in terms of hospitality.
