POOR GUEST HANDLING: The front desk people quote a rate for booking and assure that room will be on hold when the guest arrives at the lobby and will make the payment. The female receptionist whom I had discussion with straightly asks for booking online and refuses to book for walk in guests just because of the rate difference between offline and online rates. The kind of experience is not suitable when especially there are 2 ladies and a child waiting for almost 2 hours in the lobby. Dated: 25th Nov 2023

Decent place, yet over the years it has gotten run down. The maintenance of the rooms could be better for the price they ask. Also the staff should be more professional and attentive to the guests needs. Overall an OKish place, but I would not stay here again so I hope this helps you to make an educated decision

Avoid its run down - dump place . They should not run place like this. Innocent devotees come to vrindavan to worship and pray radha Krishna and people like these are taking advantage. My room was dirty,bed sheets were never changed and toilet leaked water from it .

This hotel at Vrindavan is totally unreliable to pay any advance against booking. I am a 66 yrs Paralyzed senior citizen who was hospitalized and much before of my scheduled check in it was inform to the hotel through email by my doctor. Later on my check out from the hospital one Mr. Sonu Agarwal (mostly the owner) promised me to refund Rs.15000/- and asked me my bank detail with cancelled cheque. This was also promptly done by me. Ever since that my nightmare started (2 months from now) everytime he promised me to transfer the amount next day but never does. Now even he has stopped avoiding my phone. I have the total copies of the emails conversation and communication through phones and Whatsapp. So in a general interest I am writing this that this hotel is NOT reliable at all to give any advance and check in only after inspecting the rooms and other promises shown in their brochure.

Expensive (about 1.5-2X) yet better than many. Environment is open and green. Service is slow. And front office person is not very courteous, but not bad either. He is ok. AC was leaking all the time and whole balcony was full of greenish mud and water making is unusable. Despite calling them a few times, they didnt clean. The security guard was very helpful and a nice man (the tall guy in black dress). He went out of his way to help us with useful tips.

Room are not clean, Restaurants Guys not very polite or cooperative . Not much choice in foods, similar with other ordinary restaurants. Very poor customer service. Never keep promises especially for rooms service. Request for early Breakfast around 7.30am but end up waited till 8.30am. We not able to move for others tour plan.

Just visited here couple weeks back. The inside premises of this hotel is under renovation seems like. Rooms are clean but found bit on expensive side however inside the big premise didn't find very clean though. At least provode tea or some breakfast options for luxurious rooms holder. Kitchen inside hotel premise is available with good food options if you avoid going out in the heat however service is very very slow. Kids enjoyed Dosa, paneer and dal as well. Make sure you place bulk order for your family else your next order will take forever....overall Ok experience not great as I thought of.

Hotel services line lodge service. They are to busy to attend calls. Food below average. Rooms are OK. Hotel terrific is double as per Hotel condition and services.
