Nice jwellery shop in bbsr ,here making charges are suitable price and design are very good.
The store is located in a complex where only 2 wheeler parking is allowed. Parking of 4 wheeler during busy time is challenging. The making charge on most of the gold items are above Rs800 per gm. Too high for such a small store. The staff is also lethargic & lack energy. No proper weighing scale. Gold purity/carat analyzer machine is also missing which has now become a norm for most gold outlets.

Customer service is so bad He has no patience to answer questions even about how much gold cost and how much making charge total cost for a piece . He showed us one tray and we liked one earring in that and then he is disturbing us and pressurising to buy that when we are trying to select other earrings but he has no patience .
Proper gold rates for 24k is not followed. As per my understanding the shops have to display it on daily bullion rates of market. The price showing in displays and the daily bullion price and the making charges shopkeeper is suggesting is not satisfactory and had no connection and justification.
