The place is old, but the people working there won't disappoint you. People working there are not like local Bengali people, these people are well mannered & neat, so you will have a friendly environment there. They don't accept foreign passports or id cards to check-in, So you need a local Indian id card to stay in this hotel. It is located near Central metro station & opposite Kolkata Medical College. College Street is also very near, where you will find University of Calcutta, Indian Coffee House, Presidency University and so many famous places. They will offer you complimentary breakfast & dinner. Overall it is a perfect place for a budget stay in this city.

Cheap and best to stay. Dormitory style rooms. Most of the people staying here are for business purposes from Telugu states.
I am going these since 2013, maintenance is very good. We get food also. Near to market yet it's very clean. People are friendly they don't even ask advance also with me. The manager is good person. The staff in the restaurant is also need to be mentioned.
This is budget accommodation, you get what you pay for. Apart from thatbthe location is very very convenient to move around. College Street and old town are in walking distance. Also public transport is easily available. Major drawback is being centrally located there will be a struggle to park.
