It was an amazing journey with all the skillful masters and my beloved classmates. Two-month intensive training not only deepens my knowledge of the asana but also offers a great chance for me to understand my body and mind. In every lesson, masters went through the advanced postures thoroughly and guided us on how to prepare our bodies for the pose. Vikarant is so knowledgeable and patient. As some of the final poses were not easy to achieve, they gave modification and explained the anatomical wisdom behind them.
