It was a worst experience with Anand travels. We travelled from Pune to Manglore in bus number GA 08 V 7266. All the staffs including Driver were very rude.There was no C type charging inside bus. Bus was late for 3 hours. We missed one booked train. It spoiled our entire journey.
One of worst travels experience i come across, staff behaviour is very arrogant. And thier respect towards passenger is least even for female passengers,No proper time arrival and departures ,how ever they want they just ride the bus ,no stopping of bus at main dropping points , arguing like "i will not go that route ,get down here only I don't care 'type of services ,they are behaving as if passengers are traveling free of cost and they are doing Greatest ever "Aisan(mercy) on their travellers by reaching out to destinations late by 3- 4 hours late . Overall it' s negative rating of -5(minus 5) They don't even deserve zero ... High'ly recommend not to travel, avoid this travels if you could.
Not capable for 1 star also,always having issues while travelling. I travelled thrice from Mumbai to manglore and vice versa but each time they have issues with bus services. The bus was getting breakdown. Each time they took more than 2 hours to repair or change the bus. Bad services.

Anand Travel are the daylight cheaters.. Disgrace for transport business.. Today I m travelling from Pune to Mangalore.. And it takes more than 20hrs to reach instead of 14hours.. Bus and conductor's lie about traffic instead they overload the bus and bus is not able to speed up more than 70kmph... Anand travels u need to stop u r unprofessional business..
Driver didn't pick our call , and bus was 2 hr late , the cabin person behaviour was bad , The over all Travel experience is bad, very bad.
Worst experience in parcel service. Item sent from Sanpada Mumbai to Mangalore. Mumbai staff is saying that item is been dispatched. And Mangalore staff is saying item is not delivered. But the bus which is already reached two days before to Mangalore. These people don't have contact number of another Anand office. And one more worst thing. I have asked just to track the item, Mangalore staff already updated as item delivered. These staffs are behaving like don't care. And they are saying what we should do. I recommend to all. Try to avoid this parcel service between the cities
