Worst shopping mall with quality less sarees we brought 22 sarees for function it's completely damaged in one wash so sad

Staff behaviour is not good, Everyone is chitchat with others while showing the item, reckless and ruse with the customer. This is the only big mall as of now, but they got other competitor launched recently. Hopefully they will realise now

Worst experience when you want to return the clothes you purchased. Shirts that I tried in the shop aren't the same fit (Indian Terrain brand) after I left to home. I have lost the tags, but I do have the stickers posted on the shirt collars. But still they need the tags. Though I said, I'll exchange them for the same brand shirts, they are saying we aren't selling the Indian Terrain brand anymore. They don't care if you shop for even 2 Lakhs worth, they still don't treat you differently. The owners won't talk to you. Only the sales guy who swipes the Cards and collects the cash will talk to you.
