They are just doing fraud. When you book a room even offline over phone call. When you reach there, they will ask you for extra money and will say its our last room. You have to manage with rate. Will even ask you to double the charges money. Be careful while booking. Even if you are regularly visit here .. they will cheat you.

I have booked the room but while I was check in the hotel guy asked extra 200 Rs for room upgrade which was complimentary. Also room was not clean properly and reception staff don't know how to talk with guest. House Keeping Mr. Raj staff was polite and cooperative.

They kept on asking for my phone to give review for themselves. At the end I thought ok, then they gave themselves 5 stars and then they don't care about customer anymore. I lost my valuables there I understand if they are unable to find it maybe someone else took it, but at least follow your own word when hotel said they will call back after me calling again and again and hotel telling me they will update and they did nothing complete silent and very bad hospitality.

I had booked my room on the agoda website, from the website they got confirmation on their email but the receptionist does not bother to see it and directly told me that your room is not confirmed. Our taxi driver forced the receptionist to check and confirmed it, then only he checked the confirmation receipt from the email and gave us the room. The receptionist was very rude, impolite and mannerless, don't know how to talk with a girl. And when I reached my room, it was horrible no cleaning, unhygienic and smelly bedsheets and bedcovers.

Really unprofessional and late services you can't even stay a single day here don't book here And the staff boy is fighting with me with and saying tu neeche manager ke pass kyu jaa rha literally such a bad behaviour nothing is good here worst of hotel not even their rooms are clean continues water leakage at shower Phone issue and staff with his rude behaviour of saying this will remain the same literally hotel chala rahe hai ye and attitude to sir pe hai inka please save your money and don't expect that your experience would differ from me trust me it's gonna remain the same that is unprofessional people and ready to fight

Invoice not generate on time of check out manager said that accountant was on leave no any amount receipt given by them . There is no any register for using customer entery. There is no check in check out formalities through register. Very bad.

One of the worst hotel i have stayed in. No proper management . Beds are damaged. Saintary fixtures are not working properly. Door key are not provided . You cant go out leaving room..

Comfortable stay and very polite staff. room had a very well maintained and silent split AC. Hot water 24hrs which makes your stay even more comfortable. Clean with all new fresh linens. Location wise is the best. Food very good quality
